Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges offered. All sales of loose leaf teas are final. We do not accept returns as tea is a food product. We suggest buying tea samples before buying them in the larger bulk sizes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem. If the item has been tampered with, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, let us know immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
